Final Revison to ZV7 Version 9 B. All issues resolved, minor changes to 2.5 animations restored, small edits made to build.prop and updater script. Sync edits to be de-odexed, Will pass safetynet as is, no additional fixes are needed

Additional Information:

i believe issues for cam arose during debloating the rom. New ties to the LGCMAS app that handles the alerts systems seems to have caused camera to not focus. System/media/ - contains unknown firmware files, previously removed on earlier builds, to be frank, i don't know what these are, but they were restored and left alone.
